溫(wen)(wen)度(du)控制(zhi)儀常見故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)是控制(zhi)不靈,關鍵(jian)是表內繼電(dian)器(qi)觸點燒毛、煅燒使溫(wen)(wen)度(du)不靈,溫(wen)(wen)控不準(zhun)確。偏差范疇(chou)大由(you)撥盤(pan)電(dian)源開關故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)造成(cheng)或溫(wen)(wen)度(du)儀內部集(ji)成(cheng)電(dian)路(lu)芯片特(te)性受到影響造成(cheng),還(huan)可由(you)內部電(dian)源電(dian)路(lu)如(ru)穩壓(ya)管、電(dian)阻器(qi)、準(zhun)確電(dian)阻等故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)造成(cheng)。溫(wen)(wen)度(du)儀頭壞(huai)也造成(cheng)無(wu)法控制(zhi)。
